Smith and Associates Consulting has been in existence since 1997.   We became Smith and Associates Consulting, LLC in June of 2002.   
With headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, the Smith and Associates Consulting team creates CUSTOM LEARNING EXPERIENCES for each of its clients. From needs assessment to instructional design to delivery, you receive solutions specific to your company’s situation.   

Since our inception, Deborah L. Smith has been the president. As a consultant with over 30 years of expertise in adult learning and organizational development, Deborah is dedicated to assisting individuals, small businesses, corporations and not-for-profits, in their quest for transformation. During her career, Deborah has formulated the following personal philosophy that drives her work and feeds her passion for the field: “Everyone deserves the opportunity for an education. There is nothing that cannot be learned, given the correct teaching methodology and two open minds. Each learner is a customer who must be treated with great respect, care, and flexibility. It is the practitioner’s responsibility to stay current on teaching strategies and delivery methods so that one can service the greatest number and variety of customers.”
